The chair looks nice and is comfortable. However, within 6 months the arm became wobbly, and the screw holding together the wood joint in the arm stripped and became detached. The seat is wrinkled and sunkin looking at this time. It is not worth $300, in my view. It appears to be poorly constructed and/ or designed. I am in process of contacting manufacturer for a refund. However, no refund, they said they would send a new arm replacement for the chair. We will see how that goes, but I wish I had purchased something more durable.

I have not yet unpacked so I can't rate the product itself. It'll be moved again, hence the delay in unpacking. I can tell you it was a week late being delivered and that when it arrived, the boc was shredded and pretty well mutilated. It was left on my doorstep; I would never have accepted it otherwise. I emailed customer service with a rather harsh message a few days ago and have yet to receive a reply. My complaint about late delivery was handled nicely. The chair may be great, but if this damage was done during shipment, you need to start packing your things in indestructible, steel containers.
